Stamp or no stamp under the teacup?
Normally we donīt take notice about stamp or no stamp under te/coffeecups - if there are no visibile errors. A missing stamp points to that the cup were originally sold directley from the fabric as a second-class quality product. But for us, todays condition of the cup are whatīs important - not the stamps. From our point of view a massfabricated product is not a piece of art - it´s an item made for usage. And after 30-50 years the originall, tough qualitycontroll has past its purpose. A second-class quality product in shape as new is always better then a first-class product with marks of usage. That´s our opinion.
And there is also the obvious possibility that stamps just are missing at some first class cups. An other possibility is that the fabric for a period of time only stamped the saucers, not the cups. This was for example the fact at the Lidköpings Porslinsfabrik (ALP), a smaller fabric owned by Rörstrands in the mid 1900:s.
However; if stamps are important for you - check with us first.

With handcrafted ceramics is of course the signs ands stamps absolutly necessary. That is a whole different question.

What happens if anything is damaged during transport?
This is always our nightmare. But so far we have had almost no problems at all with damage. We pack everything very carefully. However, if you should receive anything damaged – contact us immediately. This kind of problems is our responsibility – not yours. But you can have to return the damaged item to us (we take the cost) or to take contact with your local transporter. Therefore, keep the parcel and envelope until everything is handled.

Can I regret the order, return the items and get my money back?
Yes, that can be done until two weeks after we ship the parcel. But the transport is handled and paid by you. When we receive the parcel in return, with all the items in the same shape as before, we transfer the money back to you. But since this is expensive for you and troublesome for us, please be sure of what you order.

Were do you find your lovely items?
We buy 95 percent of our items at local auctions here in the southwest of Sweden. Some items are bought at antique fairs, some from private homes or from other dealers.
